Co-Chair Reichert Meets with Ambassador Sasae and Minister Yamanouchi

Congressman Dave Reichert (WA-08) met with Japanese Ambassador Kenichiro Sasae and Minister of Economic Affairs Kanji Yamanouchi to discuss our nations' relationship and the Congressman's new role as co-chair of the U.S.-Japan Caucus. During the meeting, Rep. Reichert presented Ambassador Sasae and Minister Yamanouchi with law enforcement coins, which are often given as a symbol of recognition and respect. Rep. Reichert was previously a sheriff and served as president of the Washington State Sheriff's Association prior to his service in DC.
